I loved this episode! But especially how Ash balanced the interview. He highlighted how Doug was able to see contrast, which some people only see one side. He pointed out that many people who are not used to money, like to hold it in the bank just so they can see it(I had this mentality), he also recognized that Doug ex may have had fear(especially with two men living with her). Doug definitely is a mastermind with real estate and I am so glad he is sharing his knowledge through teaching and mentorship. There ain't no question that I am about to follow this brotha because he is amazing!!

Wouldn’t bring your own GC, take away from his time? As an real estate investor if he is doing the work isn’t that taking time away from finding deals?
You do not have to be as involved as a GC. You can set up systems to get projects done at cost but since you are the GC, the additional markup can go to you or you can save those funds for the next project. If you would rather give the 10-25% markup to someone else, that is an option as well.

Ok so we just going for get that they had a credit card scammer promoting his scam on this platform.oh don’t forget ya mans Jay Morrison was on this show he’s a big scammer.
