I remember working on this home during construction. We spent a lot of time making sure the timbers matched each other as close as possible. This video missedd the curved entry hall when he entered the home. Bypassing it to proceed straight to the dining/livingroom. One of the more memorable homes I have helped build through the years.

You missed a catch wich for me is a fabulous touch: the color of the pool matches exactly the ocean in front to make even better the infinity edge effect. Amazing! Cheers from Brasil!

Steve this presentation is prime. A prime presentation for a prime property done exclusively by you. You're right on target with the Laundry Room it's fantastic in there. Also that Wine Cellar with the Natural Rock from the property itself is masterful. And yes that bedroom is a wise choice for a teenager seeking more "Privacy" in the house. Excellent views and again you're correct about that ensuite bathroom indeed it does look and feel like the Four Seasons Hotel in there. Very well said. In watching this one as I was about to take my coffee this morning, I actually had to sit my coffee cup back down on the table and finish observing this video. Superb !
