They got to refurbish it to make it like the Pink Palace in the movie Coraline. This would make a great Airbnb for those who want to experience staying overnight in Coraline's house. Even have actors portraying the characters in the movie or book.
I would do absolutely anything for this home. I have loved Coraline since i was 4 and always wanted to build her house. Knowing it’s a real place makes me love this movie more. I hope and pray that when I’m actually old enough to buy a home I can buy this one and renovate. I don’t ask for a lot but this is something I will put my whole life on.
I drove past this today. In fact, I drive past this victorian house often and I've dreamed of exploring it. Thanks for exploring it and taking a video. I like to imagine what people who lived here experienced. The thunder of the train and the rails further behind the house. The sound of large social gathering in one of the larger rooms. The rooms of this place tell a story that will never completely be revealed in the end.
Coraline was my entire childhood, I still love watching it even years later but, today I just got a feeling to search it up on RU-vid, I came across this. I think now, coraline is still the reason I absolutely love the style of old, Victorian houses. I would love to see if this house will be restored or remodeled in the future, this house is truly beautiful. I hope someone will one day save this gem of a house and restore it to it’s beautiful former glory.
This is gorgeous. I’m fascinated by architecture, but I have too much common sense to go urban exploring alone lol. Anyone got tips on meeting ppl with this specific interest?
Yeah definitely, you don't wanna go alone if the house could possibly cave in on you. Also when you see things like black mold you should be wearing a proper respirator. Older houses sometimes also have asbestos and lead. But you don't want to go with too big a group that might attract attention. 2,3 people tops.
Obviously NOT abandoned if someone is storing stuff there, the manifest had a date of 2022. Just totally neglected. It's a total shame to let such a beautiful house fall apart like this. The longer it sits though the more it's gonna cost to fix up. It might even be past the point of repair if say, termites have gotten to it.
That is a musicman and his children because someone mentioned that they bought this house since he was growing up (probably somewhere in 2003-2015) and it was a red farmhouse back then. Meaning, it was probably not a mess way back in 1970-2007
That house had to be beautiful back in the day. Sad to see it beyond repair. Also the kid is wearing sunglasses to protect himself but not wearing a mask.I think the mask is the better option. Actually both should be wearing masks. Not good breathing all that mold & dust into your lungs.
Very sad, this was an amazing house without the history but if it does have a hidden room that was part of the Underground Railroad ii should have been made a historical landmark and preserved.
This is such a great looking house - Maybe an idea? - if you can, generate a possible AI rendering or graphic design of what the house you explore might have looked like in its hay day
I drive past this house in New Berlin on route 8 when I drive home to upstate New York from Virginia. It's always amazing site, sadly it gets a little worse every year. There are several Victorian houses on the street, I'm not sure who built them all but this is the biggest of them all. It's to bad New Berlin is small town on the decline and I bet no one will have the resources to fix the house. It's in the middle of nowhere I always wonder where do people work who live there. The only business I see is the Chobani Forget factory.
Oh my God i can't believe my eyes😊 this Is so marvelous and spooky too 😮❤ i Wish i have the chance to visit It myself 🥰 love your videos they're incredible 🥰💋
Interesting. Thanks for posting that term, “liminal space”. I found it fascinating when I looked it up. It happens to me all the time, I just didn’t know there was a term for it.
Sadly I don’t live near this place but when I’m older and if this place is still abandoned I DONT CARE HOW MUCH MONEY IT IS but I will fix it to live here:)
Raw thrills is a arcade company that make mainly driving or dirt bike arcade games I worked for a vending company so I know all about them..thoes are worth some money right there wonder why there there someone must own them that had a bar or arcade..
this is actually my dream house i would kill myself and sell my soul just to be the first one to ask the gov if i can just clean and rebuilt everything just to live there
I promise I'm not crazy or am going to destroy it I can't even drive or get there I just want to put it in my notes for when I'm older to see if I still want to go
