Yea so true, did you see what Ryan Garcia and his dad done with the cobra bag? They made 3 different ones and said each one is for different levels and the most expensive one was £600! And the cheapest one was £350! His dad was trying to justify it and he looked like a right old smuck. It’s a leather bag with a bladder init on a pole and they’re selling it for £600 for the ‘advanced’ boxer model 🥴🥴🥴 straight clowns mate

I use hangs too: mixture of both passive & active; dependent upon main body of training, but generally I do active at the start & passive at the end, so that I stretch the whole of my upper body down to the hips & pelvis which is only achievable when your feet are touching the ground otherwise the muscles around the waist tense to create stability so you get no relief in the lower back & hips|! Peace & Love!|

gonna try the hang bro, get niggle in left shoulder especially after bag work if i am throwing a lot of lead hooks, deep tissue massages tend to help but this might be a cheap, easy and free addition.
