$18,000,000/£110,000!! Who are these house marketed at? Because if someone earns the average wage in Jamaica, they would either struggle or would t be able to afford these houses! I have a full time job in Englnad, and I get paid more than minimum wage! Even with my income, I would struggle to afford this house! So how is someone in Jamaica expected to afford this house!!?? Wages in the UK are a lot higher than Jamaica!
Same exact thing I was wondering. My sister just bought a 2000+sqft 2 story house in NC for 120k usd. Same size yard. She makes over 60k per year. I wouldn't expect a home there to be so pricey! The conversion calculator is saying its 117k usd.
majority of the purchasers will be joint. You'd be surprised to know that many Jamaicans living locally can afford these units. The price is also affected by inflation along with the demand for homes. Not enough homes to meet the demand. The sad part is if the majority of these homes remain unsold, the price won't fall but increase after months and years on the market

This is too small for my family my husband and I planning to buy a house in Jamaica next year but I want a 3bedroom 2bathroom we looking at ocho side because they have some nice gated community too. This is nice for a small family 😊

Thats 18 mil jcan dollars not US....u cant get anything in the US england canada with the same amount of living space near to any city area the price would actually be way more.
