Yeah, the fact that he says "salamalaikum" to everybody that surely helps cause, in practice that word is reserved either for the elderlies and to give respect, contraty to the meaning of that word (i.e. peace)
Only 1 month+ in Bangladesh and you two already visited and experienced things I didn't in my whole life! So happy (and also jealous and mad) for you guys. Bangladeshi people are super hospitable and helpful to travellers. If you need any assistance (or water, or food, or direction, or a place to rest for some time) don't hesitate to knock any random house on the street. Chance is about 80% that they will be happy to help you. I think that's something you can experiment. Enjoy the time and stay safe!

Drone shots on point 👍🏽 This is recycling on a mammoth scale, as I understand this area is the largest shipping grave yard in the world. The parts are used to rebuild new boats or ships that are of different sizes and then sold to clients both in Bangladesh and abroad. This also provideds jobs for the local community and contributes to the economy and Eco-system of BD. All ships are professionally checked under international guidance & regulations for its mechanical use, health & safety etc.. before it is sold to any clients. I have seen Global Fire Intex .. The shipbreaking industry T (Bangladesh) occupies the first place in Asia, thank you very much for showing us this beautiful place.
They dont only make new boats. Some of the components(like huge gears,shafts and motors) are repurposed to be used in other heavy machines. Some electrical components that are usable are sold as spare parts. Most of the sheet metals are salvaged to be melt down at a steel factory to make new steel.

I have a suggestions + recommendations: *Must visit Chittagong University in Chittagong (journey by Train) when you gonna return CTG from Cox's Bazar & Jahangirnagar University in Savar, Dhaka (outside of Dhaka city)* Both are Governmental Public University, you won't regret after visiting these places.

beautifully produce video.. it shows the life in the ships graveyard.. and yeah.. same with me since i heard about bangladesh the ships graveyard is one of the famous, their clothing industry the massive train commuters to the extent they rode on the roof, their tea plantation and the soil erosion in some villages where have big rivers.

Instead of restricting visitors , they should make tour package to visit ship breaking yard and let people experience the place first hand . It could be a great tourist attraction. That would add on extra income for people working there.

In India not allowed to use drone. If anyone found using drone to film without permission could get arrested but there is no restriction in Bangladesh 🇧🇩 this is good 😌
Please @Dodo Explorers 😓 do visit Saint Martin Island before March because in March all the ship service will stop for harsh windy weather . I can't see you both to explore the whole Saint Martin from first to last, specially the last part including Cera Dip 😍
