They are trying something new - at least they said so in the comment. So they may have chosen less eye catching theme, with some kind of new strategy, on purpose to see how viewers are behaving.

Indeed it doesn't . I accidentally saw it by checking my subscription. Maybe it takes a while until it notifies everyone

Also another curious thing is that it is the first video I watched today on RU-vid and normally I am bombarded with unskipable ads every 5 minutes while here I saw only one in the middle. Is this something creators choose to do or RU-vid is the one pushing the ads?

Neat and helpful video ☺ Also, I find myself juggling attention between listening to someone and thinking about something, analysing something far too often, and as a result I have problems with remembering stuff other people talk about - gotta try meaning and emotion to 'cement' the memories.

I for some reason can perceive structure of my memory and dreams. So we do not actually recall the exact picture. But a associated concepts, what then form a picture. But what is interesting, the concept itself do not align strictly with the realisty and can be replaced in flow with the new information. It is one of the reasons why UFO testimony blow up, when conspiracy theories explaining something people didn't understand showed. People literally start substitution of own memory with false info. It is BTW also how hypnosis work. Though this perception can change, it demand some effort.

Aphantasia, or the absence of the ability to retrieve visual sensory information, was only ‘discovered’ in 2015. This must throw a spanner in works of most of these theories of memory storage and retrieval. I have Aphantasia; I’ve never been able to imagine anything - even when I was a kid. However, I can describe places and events in vivid detail without using visual information. To my knowledge, I’m not better or worse at remembering things or describing things I’ve experienced than anyone else. The weird thing is I can’t explain how I retrieve this information or store memories. I guess I’m typing this comment because saying that memory retrieval is either done through a sensory process or an emotional process doesn’t sit right with me. Best way I can describe it is that the information is there, I just can’t see it. Think of it like a computer without a monitor.

I actually think it’s a really nice step in diversifying content and might just make the channel more likely to go mainstream.
