Sir , 1. What is difference between joining NHAI through direct recruitment on the basis of interview of ESE Mains qualified student and joining NHAI through CES Roads 2. You have not talked why he have given preference too CES over CPWD with valid points. 3. If it is so then why most of topper choose CPWD as 1st preference . 4. Is there any chance that Railway will be back through ESE 2025.
If tou join nhai through ces roads, then you are on deputation and cra roads is your parent organisation. You can go back to ces roads and work in ministry, or go to regional units where projects are handled. Or go to nhidcl on deputation. If you enter nhai directly, then such options are not available
Choice of posting is a personal choice. Personally i think cpwd provides more diversity in work domain as you build buildings, roads, flyovers, bridges, jetty etc. in cpwd. Whereas jn ces roads, the prime focus is roads. For more information about working of cpwd, feel free to watch my video on cpwd.
sir I have one question if I joined aee in ces roads and after becoming an executive engineer can i go deputation on cpwd and become executive engineer in cpwd ?
deputation posts for executive engineers are rarely required as there is already a lot of cadre people. But yes, if such requirement comes up in future, then definitely possible. Currently there are no deputation vacancies in cpwd for ee
We will get the option to choose between Headquarter and the regional offices? And if i choose headquarters, then for how long will i stay in Delhi? Pls help, sir
Usually, transfer happens in 3-4 years. There are many zones in HQ. So, you can remain in HQ by getting transfer from one zone to another. Also, getting transfer to HQ is easier as most of the people prefer postings in Regional offices, PIUs or NHAI.
if someone chooses NHAI from CES roads then what will be the posting locations in NHAI? And do we get transferred every 4 years (like CPWD) whether we choose headquarters or regional office?
@@Manas_Deysir i have a question kya har saal cpwd ki vacancies nahi aati kya? In upsc ese mein? Kyuki meine iss saal ka dekha to usme nahi dikha cpwd ka sirf ces ka dikha
