When Elise and the niece opened the "Red door" and saw Dalton they never shut the door,, they just left and left it open which is how the evil got inside of Dalton...
Miss Elise might have had something to do with Dalton's story in the first place. Went and help the family "cause that's what she do" but not fully aware about it,, that's funny 😅
the actress for young elise did such a good job, the way she was screaming when the dad carried her off downstairs broke my heart. children in horror movies always have me wondering about the lives of child actors
The actor that plays the dad in the opening is the protagonist in “the collector” and “the collection” think all of you would love the series :3 it’s SAW inspired
React to the film: THE TAKING OF DEBORAH LOGAN (2014), a very interesting, tense Found Footage-style horror with one of the most sinister scenes in the history of horror, you'll enjoy it
47:31 there are deleted scenes of this movie which shd have not been deleted. when elise enters the further, she meets a bald head female ghost pointing out ''this way''. along with her there are tons of ghosts who come out of the 'jails' at the same time. its a cool scene
Not Blake's Alexa going off in the background. Lol. Also, my new favorite thing on this channel has to be Corey's reactions to jump scares. 10 out of 10 every time. 😂
56:45 lol the 5th Insidious is the LAST of the franchise and it goes back to the family from part one and continues with the story of Dalton who is now a young adult in college. I highly doubt they wanted to create a different timeline of the film following Elise’s niece lol but yeah part 5 is the last film and same way part 1 started with Dalton as a kid a decade+ ago the franchise ends with Dalton who is now a young man. Crazy how I was a teenage senior in high school when the first insidious film came out and when the 5th and last film came out I was a 30 year old adult engaged in my own place. Geez time flies!
@@samantharose1144 I know lol I was watching it flabbergasted at how grown he got.. in my mind I was thinking he was still a child but to physically see him and even the other young actor who played his younger brother both older and as young men, only reminded me how time flies 🥺 lol
@@merlynfereira9631 just now seeing that a 6 is scheduled for a 2025 release date but when 5 was released it was marketed as the FINAL film of the franchise 🤷🏽♂️ so maybe 6 will have Elise niece as they were speaking of lol
I'm loving the reactions for this franchise! Ps. Before you start Paranormal Activity, you should react to the sequel of Evil Dead. You can’t react to Evil Dead and not react to Evil Dead Rise.
Chapter 5, all I will say, is what I said in the beginning, The Lambert Family's story isn't finished :) . Insidious 6 HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. 4 is my least favorite because it wasn't really focused on a main family just an Elise backstory which isn't bad, but 3 was so freaking good. 4 was kind of eh for me. I loved Tucker and Specs though. My favorite things about this one.
Great reaction! I will never say no to more Elise content. Having said that, I found this movie to be a difficult watch due to past abuse trauma which makes the supernatural jump scares tame in comparison.
This is my favorite movie in the series by far. It's just such a genuinely good movie. My ONLY complaint about it is how it tries to excuse the dad by being like "Oh maaaybe it's because he was possessed" and giving him a moment of "redemption" towards the end. As well as young Elise's line of "He doesn't mean what he says, he's just scared." I am totally down with Elise breaking the cycle and snapping the cane, that's important, but as a child of abuse, I do NOT approve of them excusing and redeeming the father's abuse the way it does. Having him just be awful and having been a killer independent of or at worst just potentially only influenced by the evil is far better writing. If it had been me, I'd have had him be the killer he was, cut the apology line from young Elise, and then after the scene where the demon is defeated have Elise leave the dad in the cell, maybe with a long shot of it fading into the dark. Showing she's not repeating the pain of the past, but not allowing him to hurt anyone else either.
After seeing the woman in the window, it reminded me of Oculus Y'all should watch it some time! I think it's an underrated horror that not much people react to or even know about It creeped me out when I was younger and it still does 🤷🏻♀️
Hiya boys, apparently RU-vid loves you as much as I do. I play games while watching and listening to you guys but 7 times today you guys were in my up next que without being on a watch next list, hopefully I explained that right. But I've spent all day with your older stuff and this brand new one popped up! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Excellent reaction. This one might be my least favorite but it's still good. Looking forward to The Red Door (the first actual sequel since Chapter 2). Hearing you guys speculate about the next film made me anxious since I assumed one of you would've just looked it up lol. Patrick Wilson is indeed the main star and the (first time) director of Part 5. 👍
Lin shaye is pretty good. She does horror and comedy. She was very briefly in the very first nightmare on elm street. She was the landlady in kingpin that he had to perform oral favors on to pay his rent and the dirty old roommate in there’s something about Mary. Huge mistake killing her off first movie.
The next one, The Red Door was the most disappointing. I have a feeling y’all will agree it’s going to be your least favorite but we are still here for the next reaction! 😅
@khouloudloula4565 they said in the patreon they have watched it (at least Blake and Corey have) so I think they won't be doing it (not in the near future, at least)
