Is this documentary similar to the one recently released by Firefly, also entitled 'Inspector Morse's Oxford'?

I can't recall if it was something in the books, or something I made up, but I'm making stuff up anyway. I see during a case over a sadistic woman mutilator, Morse is pondering a nude portrait painting of a lady by the beach, looking out to sea. Lewis is nearby, he calls him. " Expertly crafted wouldn't you say so?" Lewis ponders the picture for a moment. "well. Uh yes sir, I'd say so sir, though I' afraid I'm not so well versed in art." Morse gives him a sidelong look. "I'm not talking about the painting itself Lewis. I mean the female form." "well. Um I guess so" "hmm" Morse has an inkling as the profile of the killer, but is kicking it over. The victims. Young, pretty you might say. Pretty enough to be portraits themselves. Hmm. Sex wasn't the motive, they weren't " interfered" with. A nasty term. A roundabout way coroners refer to r*pe, but it sounds more sordid somehow. He'd seen it all to often. A loner, can't make it with a woman, a drunk seizing lesser instincts... But they were usually one off, isolated cases. Perhaps two if they were brazen, but it was only sex, then perhaps a swift murder. These poor girls, mutilated beyond recognition and left undignified without any "interference". Morse's own "Jack the Ripper" Why? Why why? Passion is something Morse understands, but this? This is a different kind of passion, it's not usual. It' not driven by lust, or the unnatainable paramore, it's something else. Unless the killer was jealous in some way? A woman, older, lost her looks.Jealous of her husbands wandering eye, but the manner of their death. One perhaps, in a fit of jealous rage? Strangled as these girls were. Older Women are capable of overpowering someone younger in a fit of passionate rage. Cut at thier face in spite. Once. Once, not three? Seeming random women, of no connection? Perhaps the woman wasn't the jealous one. Perhaps... Times are strange indeed. "never mind Lewis" Morse stares at the perfect specimen of womanhood covering her shame with her long Brunette, raven-black curled hair swept by the ocean breeze for a moment, before striding outside for some fresh air himself. Strange times Morse.
