THANK YOU!! I’ve been a women’s gymnastics coach for six years. Due to coaching shortages thanks to covid, I was just asked to coach men’s preteam despite having no experience with men’s gymnastics. Your video helped me to get a better grasp of this skill!!

This is great. I love the step by step breakdown making it understandable how to train for and achieve this foundational gymnastics skill. Great job James, Owen and Coach Lucas! The facility looks amazing as well!

Awesome video. I have 2 gymnasts who are stuck trying to learn circles. These are some great drills to try and make a breakthrough with them.

I practiced this for years. I could never get more than 3/4 of the way around.

I dont think hopping sides while shoulders are widely apart from the body of gymnast is a correct technique. I assume the arm need to stick to the body on the sides ... kids would take it wrong this way
