Omg how much stuff can u buy for this camera lol insta360 will make a killing this Christmas with that lot 😂😂😂 great video buddy very very informative good job 🤙
There are two issues with the Freewell adapters, one specific to the set: 1. If you use the ND's to get to the 180-degree rule and shoot at frame rates less than 60 fps, you cannot use digital stabilization. Digital stabilization to be effective requires high shutter speeds - no blur (likely at least 1/200th). So, you cannot be "cinematic" (24P and 1/48th shutter = 180) and handhold the camera. This pertains to all ND filters, not specific to the DJ's-Freewell set. I suggest shooting at 60 fps to get good stabilization and smooth motion at high shutter speeds. This is an action cam. 2. The polarizing filter in the set cannot be adjusted with a ring that can be turned. Almost all circular polarizers have a ring you can turn to adjust the filter to avoid reflections and the other useful features of a PL. Without the adjustable ring the PLfilter in the kit is almost useless. You could use the Make Art Now adapter and a 52mm real PL filter (with an adjustable ring) if you want an effective polarizing effect. In sum, I do not think the flilter kit is useful (and I purchased it!).
Might be a stupid question, but how can you connect the invisible selfie stick to the insta 360 ace pro? I can't understand how it connects with the mount provided with the camera.
@PhillipSkraba One is 3 years old and the other i bought this year, since nothing happened to the first one I was confident in buying another, I do upload to my PC regularely but i like having same videos in the camera too to show people.
That is odd, because it does connect via bluetooth, and bluetooth has enough speed to transmit sd video across a short distance, around 6-8m. Old bluetooth nah, but new bluetooth can hit 3mbps, enough for sd streaming.
quick question for you please, have you noticed the dive case when you close it, it doesnt seems to have the same pressure liek the go pro dive case, i am bit worried that it will leak.
Is it true that this camera's focus is not good, and there are light reflections at night, please answer. Sorry if my writing is difficult to understand because I translated it from Indonesian.🙏
What pc video editing app do you recommend that is good, simple and free? The Insta360 App on iOS would be enough for me but when you slow down a video like 0.5x (30 to 15fps for example) on a 30 fps timeline, the App does not reconstruct intermediate frames to have less stuttering nor allows to export to h265....
Great video! Do you know if I can connect the DJI mic 1 to the new insta ace pro? Or the action 4? And do you know if we can live stream (Facebook, RU-vid) in the ace pro or action 4?
Dude, that's a lot of accessories lol I want that Smart remote but it's $200 bucks! lol Wish they have a remote control app for the Garmin like they do for the Apple Watches. Great Review!
So many accessories, I'm crazy about camera accessories! Yes, it's got a hefty price tag, but it's so useful with the live preview on screen. The Apple watch app is great and works really well. Thank You!
@@PhillipSkrabaI just made a post on the insta 360 subreddit and I mentioned the issue again to the team. There needs to be an easy fit diopter offered, not an oversized aftermarket adapter that you screw on. 🫤👎
Welcome to the channel! That’s a hard one, I’d always try Amazon first, after that I’m lost as I have no idea what shops you guys have over there. I quit my job at Jessops in 2011 😂
Hello and thank you for this, I purchased this camera and am loving it, but wanting to use the 8k stabilised, and edit post pro, so was looking for a gimbal and watched your DJI RS 3 Mini review, which is quite perfect for me as I mostly use micro four thirds- and it's fairly light. But was curious how to attach this ace pro to the DJI RS 3 Mini and if you had an idea, just so I can maximise the 8k use. thank you so much for your videos and your expertise :)
Thanks! Oh that's no problem, you can attach the Ace Pro on the RS 3 Mini no problem, just pick up the Insta360 Quick Release, it has a 1/4 20" hole you can mount to the DJI plate and you're good to go! 8K will be smooth as hell.
I am not good at English, but your video helps me to know what Insta 360 ace pro and its accessories looks and what they are. I couldn't decide which one to buy; Insta360 ace pro or Osmo Pocket 3. You helped a lot and I have just decided to buy Insta360 ace pro. You made it clear ! thanks.
Yeah i downgraded the firmware because of it, but, however there are more problems. Starting with the DJI Mic 2 not being able to record while Bluetooth use. This is ab gig one for me @@PhillipSkraba
Well, if you’re looking for a hardcore action camera with 10-bit and Log, Action 4 it is. If you’re looking for a vlogging camera, Ace Pro ticks basically all the boxes for me after getting to know it better. It does all the jazz in camera, so for vloggers it’s pretty amazing.
@@PhillipSkraba Okay :) i understand. I own the Action 4 and i think i dont sell it and buy the ace pro. The DJI is smaller on my motorcycle helmet and its comfortable to have a touch screen at the front. :)
Hello, Nice video, man! Quick question. Will the standard mount that comes with the Ace Pro work on the selfie sticks that you showcased or do you have to buy the quick release mount? Thanks.
@@PhillipSkraba thanks mate, really appreciate the response. Haha, super hesitant on ordering accessories online (limited parts for that model in South Africa)…I would need to take out a loan to meet the exchange rates, amongst other variables. Thanks again.
Still waiting a bit untill I will make my purchase. What's keeping me from buying is the complaint of many about the over processing of the image .Other than that , I keep asking yself why the number of your subcribers is so low . The quality of the content is way above average ( my personal opinion)
I've been using the camera for a few weeks now. I think the people that are complaining about that probably have the sharpness level set to high. I set mine at medium or low and have had no problems with it. I'm very happy with it. Just my honest opinion though and others of course will have their own.
I own the camera and you just need to set the color profile to flat and the sharpening to medium or low; then you'll be fine. I just use the normal color profile and sharpness at medium. It's great and you just notice the low light limitation if you compare to an OP3
Excellent review. I have pretty all of them as I ordered them along with my unit straight from Ibsta360 after the launch. However I have few extra 3rd Party ones as well including corded magnetic chest mount rather than the front sling one which is more discreet and light with super strong magnetic plates, Lens guard covers, Selfie extandable stick specifically designed for Ace Pro, and the Steel cage is the best one. It not only provides protection but also gives you hot shoes on both sides. Got them.mostely from Ali Express and they are excellent and we're delivered within a week. Overall loving this camera along with my other ones.
@PhillipSkraba Yes this year decided to upgrade all my photography gear. Sold all of my DSLRs other than one that I use in my collab lab & switched to smaller gear. Now I can fit 5 cameras in a space where I could fit a single camera with lenses. But I am kind of liking it
