If I wear a perfume I love, I'd feel much more satisfied it was a polarising one than one that survived dozens of focus groups ending up as likeable as possible whilst offending no one.
Delina the original is my signature scent. I get tracked down by a stranger at least once a week asking what I’m wearing. This year on my birthday me and my hubby went out to a really nice restaurant and the waitress said to him “wow your a lucky man you get to smell her everyday”. I thought that was such a sweet compliment. Different strokes for different folks. You were one of my best finds of 2022 Chris!! Love your taste and delivery in your videos. ❤
I just heard of La Belle for the first time and bought it and the intense version. They're the best perfumes I've ever smelled, and maybe that's just because I very, very recently started buying fragrances at all, but I'm just so in love 😍 I love your channel and it's been one of the reasons I'm getting into perfume, so thank you so much!

Those are three of my all time favourite notes & I love Lune Feline! It's not exactly what I was expecting from the note breakdown but it's absolutely beautiful - definitely worth sampling!

The Angel notes are instantly recognizable and I knew it before you even said the name. Everything but the kitchen sink in there, but all you can really smell are chocolate and patchouli 🍫🍀 Black Orchid is another instantly recognizable classic 😂. Patchouli and chocholate are both challenging notes and even more challenging when paired.

My guess for the top spot is Mugler alien 👾😂 let's see if I'm right Edit: wow black orchid! I don't like that fragrance either but didn't realize how many people hate it! Velvet orchid on the other hand 😋😍
I enjoyed these two videos! It was fun to see the top and bottom lists 😂 I also like Good Girl Supreme over the original. It’s so much smoother to my nose. I’m also looking forward to trying the new Angel flanker! That may be the first one that I add to my collection 👀

I had the same experience with Angel where I didn’t like it at all & then a few years ago I smelled it on a friend & gave it another try & now I adore it. Both the EDP & EDT but prefer the lightness of the EDT a bit more esp in summer. 💙
Black Orchid is just not for me. As much as I tried, it was always a fail 😅. Wasn’t at all surprised by many of these. It was so much fun guessing which fragrance it was. Awesome idea Chris! ❤️😍🥰
Love your videos❤️ and besides BR540 and Delina, which I absolutely love, are the rest in my hate list 🙈😂 I personally see that those scents I don’t like are those with 10.000 notes.. too sweet and messy

Happy Sunday Chris! What an entertaining video! I agree with you, if a perfume is oversprayed or doesn’t wear well in hot weather it’s a no. I’m permanently staying away from patchouli and rhubarb notes for that reason. 😂 I only wish I could smell BR540, especially the extrait. I’ve picked up the medical note in clones and can slightly smell the incredibly lovely fir resin/cedar base in the extrait. It’s the emperor’s new clothes to me. Which doesn’t make it the worst fragrance, but probably the most impractical fragrance I could buy. 😆 Loved this video, my dear friend.
Soooo, the lesson I learned from these 2 videos: sample (if possible) before buying a full bottle. Especially when thinking about a pricey scent. If you’re ever looking for a video idea, how about “guess the scent by the notes”? It can even be a collaboration with a friend. One of your reads the notes and the other guesses? Loved the video! I really like Libre, and its flankes, besides the le parfum. Most of these perfumes are super famous and brst sellers. I think people are just sick of smelling them everywhere all the time. Also, funny how fragrances change on people, it smel good on some and horrible on others.

Super fun, thank you! One that I am particularly not a fan of, and got a sample of because of a creator, is Raw Gold. I know it's relatively new, but it is a powerhouse of a fragrance. Oh my goodness I couldn't scrub it off quick enough. I couldn't even scrub it off, it was so strong!
I remember my first whiff of Angel.....I thought it was awful! BTW, your makeup looks beautiful and we ladies would love to know your lip color. Thanks for the fun and frag insights!
Angel EDP is one of those that you either love it or hate it. I personally love it and get many complements on it, however, I use it VERY lightly. I never go crazy with this perfume. I do own the EDT as well and that one I use more regularly because it is a much easier fragrance to wear. I love angel because there is nothing out there that smells like it. 💗

I can understand people hating black opium, it's super popular like lveb and good girl, but it has great memories for me though! I don't like good girl, I tried but I find it cloying. I also understand people not enjoying black orchid but it's for sure one of my favourites, it smells sweet on me. 😋
Thinking about it …the only perfume I hate is Epic Woman. Thumbsucker is next…then Good Girl. Other than that they were “not likes or not loves”. In fact I remember Pat gifting me Black Orchid for Christmas years ago. I didn’t hate it or really dislike it…I just knew I wouldn’t really wear it, so I gifted it to my SIL and she loved it’s🥰
My gfriend 's signature fragrance is Angel the OG. It smells fantastic on her but a stinker on me. I'll stick with my signature fragrance Ginger Essence by Orgins. My skin reacts better to fewer notes. Great video!
Hello Chris, this could be a hard one to guess. Although some people are quite vocal about what they dislike. 😆I wonder if I should make it a game again or simply list the 'usual' suspects. People love or hate some of these scents. Before I watch I am going to list the ones I think people would vote for. This isn't my own personal worst list. My guesses would be Alien, Angel, La Vie Est Belle, Black Orchid, Channel No 5, Libre, Baccarat Rouge 540, Delina, Black Opium and Samsara. But there are people who also dislike Poison OG and any vintage fragrance so we could also see things like Shalimar here. I will likely know more when I watch and you reveal the note lists.... #10. I don't think anything I put down has these notes. There are a lot of cardamom heavy scents these days. It's got to be niche but which one? Ah... Lune Feline. I would never have guessed it would be a most hated. I didn't think that many would have smelled it. #9. La Belle is my guess it's the most popular pear scent and therefore likely most hated. Yup. But wasn't one of my original guesses. #8. Delina for sure! Yes! #7. That's got to be La Vie Et Belle. Yes! #6. Baccarat Rouge 540. Yes! (and you need to get the larger size if you are all ready on your second bottle 😆). #5. Libre. Yes! I have trouble with how it smells so soapy. My son loved how it smelled when I tested a sample out. I like the Intense better too. The vanilla powder softens it a little. It is super powerful and a one spray in the lower body type of scent. #4. Wow... long note list. No clue. I should have gotten that one. I guessed Angel would be here somewhere. I didn't think it had so many notes. Has the note list expanded over time? 😆#3. Black Opium. Yes! #2. I don't know. Ah... Good girl. I didn't realize it was on the hate list. I don't have any Good Girl fragrances. #1. Black Orchid. Yes! That truffle gives it away. Why do truffles smell like stinky feet? I was too afraid to test it on my skin. I should one day. 😆Shocking that Alien missed this list! My most disliked perfumes are Gucci Rush and Chanel Number 5. But I feel like I should give Number 5 a chance as and adult because I formed my opinion of it as a 4 or 5 year old. Thanks for another fun video! - Jenn

Angel is something you have to wait for. The dry down is for sure where it's at 👌 under a jumper, it's just super cosy! The EDT is like an upside down EDP for me, the patchouli fades as it dries. I like it though and I normally don't enjoy apple in fragrances.

To me a smell that reminds me of a “grandma” scent is anything that’s heavy on dry white flowers. White diamonds and Chanel no 5 are good examples, at least for myself and most people I know. Delina doesn’t smell like a grandma to me. What’s off putting to me about Delina is the tartness. I don’t mind rhubarb but I think the lychee is weird lol it’s also in CH very good girl and it reminds me of spoiled/sour fruit
I am at the end, before the notes, and my preshot for the n°1 is Chanel N°5. One that I love and want to have in my collection one day :) Edit : WTF no not at all ! Well I smelled Black Orchid only one time, not on my skin. From what I remember, I hoped to smell the sweet notes more, but it was just very warm encensy masculine-like perfume for me. Not a big memory ^^' These videos were just so so cool ! Loved them 🤗

I didn’t see many votes for Libre Intense but the OG yes. And I think like I said in the video….showering in something everyday will kill it. I used to really love LVEB and I had a co worker who would spray like 30 times each day. I would literally dread having to talk to her because her scent bubble was nuclear. 🤢killed it for me
No real surprises here. I don’t care for the vast majority of these but I love Good Girl and BR540. This was a lot of fun and please don’t wish Jeremy on anyone.😂
Before watching this I made a list of the perfumes I thought would be on here, and I guessed eight out of ten right. Most Instagram polls are super predictable, as you will find perfumes that are really well known on them. That goes for most loved AND most hated lists. It still makes for an entertaining video though.
Agree! My who point was to do something fun and funny and light heated. Lists and top 10 stuff is fine but it can get a little old. I like to mix it up. 😆

Great video. I dislike or hate all of these but I have to say, the one I hate the most is Chanel no 5. I really don‘t get that fragrance, I hated it in the 90s and I hate it now. I wish I could dig deep into my memories and find out who wore this in my past that turned me off so much. … Also re my hate for Delina from your other video, with Delina for me it is simply the rose note (I love rhubarb). I am not opposed to popular fragrances per se, I just don‘t like rose notes and it is rare that a fragrance containing a rose note will be one I like. I am still trying to decide whether I can tolerate Delina Rose, the one that smells the least of rose to me, go figure. That being said, I do like Click Song and Rose America by Une Nuit Nomade, very unusual for me. Must be the blend that helps me tolerate the rose. Anyway, great video.
I don't like most Chanel perfumes, they don't go well with my skin chemistry, but Chanel N°5 is something I can't stand. Same goes for Clasique by JPG. Other fragrances I don't like are: Alien (lackluster), Delina (smells horrible on me), Unknown Pleasures by Kerosene (I thought I was gonna love it and nopes...), Britney Spears' Fantasies (any of them, I just can't), Sailing Day by Maison Margiela. I'm sure there's many more than I can't remember right now
Glad to know I'm not alone! :) Years ago I bought Black Orchid and at the time it was the most I had ever paid for a fragrance. It was a blind buy and without even sniffing it I sprayed it all over myself and within about 20 minutes I had to shower :) just awful! I did return it.
I enjoyed both lists. I don’t like Angel. It smells like an old musty/mildewy basement. I think I was picking up on the patchouli but that’s all I smelled. Maybe the fragrance evolves and develops past that BLAST but it’s just too much . Maybe you liked it once it had gone through a number of reformulations. I was given a bottle of Good Girl (og) and although it’s so different from anything I have, I do like it but it’s not a love. I feel like it’s a cousin to Libre (og) which I was also given and it’s also like and not a love. Good Girl and Libre are warm snuggly fragrance that smells great in cool/cold weather. I don’t wear them in the warm temps. I’m really a floral girl. I’d love to find a signature floral that every other person doesn’t wear.
