I worked with epoxy for like 4 years doing industrial & commercial work mainly doing wastewater treatment facilities painting the inside of the dirty clarifiers not properly ventilated half the time the odor of the epoxy i used was lethal smelling usually a 50/50 mix mek was still legal in alot of states this was back in '98 when i first seen one of your videos i was like he putting that epoxy on way to thick but i see you really do excellent work very creative 💯👍
We had a go pro up there before we poured lol and it was also in super view mode so very much an ultra wide angle making it appear to be higher than it really was.
@@caroldouglas97 it can be, the tile will need to be ground with a diamond grinder. All the shiney/sealer needs to come off of the tile for the epoxy to soak into the pores and bond to it.
@@Knightmare239 Not really hating. Just watched a bunch of epoxy floor vids because I'm interested in learning more and most Look like a swirly mess to me. Honestly, this one is better than most. I'm not interested in teenage man-cave look, was wondering if I could get something that might be considered more subtle/classic with a higher WAF
@@dannyphantoom69 no we use 99% isopropyl alcohol we used to use 91% however since Covid we have noticed the water content seems to be higher in 91% so we switched to 99%

Hi great question. You’re seeing him spray our metallic powders mixed with 99% isopropyl alcohol. So at first you’ll see the alcohol but it will evaporate leaving a smooth surface.
