Seems to be working fine now. Had to remove the silver brace and realign the hole in the bronze bushing with the zerk fitting hole in order for grease to get to the shaft. A number of other people have received these units with the holes misaligned so check to make sure they are correct before installing. As well, great the shaft by hand prior to installing the silver brace to ensure grease is all the way around the shaft.
