The proper use of car seats is very important in preventing injuries if you are in a crash. In this video, we cover the proper installation and use of the Evenflo Shyft DualRide car seat. You may use either the LATCH system or the vehicle seat belt, but you should never use both together. Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Passenger Safety KidSafe Initiatives is a partnership between AgriLife and the Texas Department of Transportation, with the goal of reducing motor vehicle fatalities and injuries through increasing correct child restraint and safety belt usage.
