You showed every step except putting the screws in the wall. Since I haven't worked with masonry that is the part I was most interested in seeing. :(

I wish this was more detailed. Especially on how to put the screws into the wall. Most people don't do this type of stuff everyday, so I actually ruined one screw, luckily I had 1 extra. But now I have a screw stuck in the wall right next to the bar.

I was wondering how thick your wall is. Also, what about the bit between making the holes and placing those screws with a metal sheath in the holes. That's what I came to see and it's the only part you skipped!

Just wondering......in the video it seems like it’s being installed into CMU (cinder blocks), typically they are hollowed inside. Instructions say not to install on Hollow brick wall but because it’s a CMU it would be ok?

How sturdy is this? And is it really strong enough to hold a punching bag too? Update: (Just got the bar and have been using it about a month now, very sturdy and strong! The wide grips seem a bit overly wide for me and it'd be better if there was more rubber grip padding near the two for slightly wide shoulder width pull up positions. Also the rubber padding can be a little annoying as it can slip around the bar sliding the position off And as for hanging a heavy bag its very strong. There's very small shaking in the bar when punching but for most part it's still perfectly sturdy and best of all it's silent)
