The 5-Rib plastic roofing works the same way as corrugated, it overlaps to join it. However it has a large flat pan between the ridges, giving a more modern look. You can then screw through the ridges into the aluminum beam, using Multipurpose screws which are suitable for timber or aluminum framing.
