INSTALLING A PSC BIG BORE STEERING BOX IN MY 2ND GENERATION DODGE RAM 2500 | IS IT WORTH THE MONEY?? 

Redhead boxes are just decent OEM parts thrown together and I've heard tons of horror stories. The people the say they went with the 6 BOLT are all way happier than the redhead guys that are on their 5th warranty. Thanks for the video. I'll do it right the first time.

Bought a 97 2500 v10 an I looked into them a lot but never saw on any forums or anything about steering. I’m shocked how crazy loose it is (truck is totally stock) I’m glad to know this is worth it. Was considering getting the $4k front end kit from cjc off-road but I think a track bar and steering box would be the ticket

I just did this a year ago too got it from a 2014 ram 3500 4x4. Took my steering stabilizer off. New gearbox TOO BIG!! ONLY 2 BOLTS FIT..WELD THE REST.....no other gearbox works besides this one 6 bolt..all I got to do is adjust. Have you adjust yours?

add you a dtprofab tracbar just added on my 97 and wow its sooo solid and the beefiest tracbar on the market have a redhead and idk man i got some things left to replace but its not been 8 months and its leaking at the shaft already and i swaer it has to much play honestly dont even want to warranty it either dont even want to deal with sending it back and what not psc is the only option its looking like this is the way to go

Awesome video, definitely helped me make my choice- got the PSC box for my 3rd gen. Question, did you swap the steering fluid over to the Swepco 715? Or are you running the normal ATF+4? PSC didn't say anything regarding if i can use both.. i know gear driven boxes can use many types of fluids without issues but just dont want to chance it on this build.
