This screen is a bit frosty like the Amazon fire tablet so it doesn't have much glare. But again, I think this company went outta biz because I cannot find this radio anymore 😕

You should disconnect the battery anyway whenever you do electrical work on the car. But to keep the pass airbag sensor plugged it, remove the top part of your oem radio that has the clock face. The back of the oem clock has the pass airbag plug for it connected in the same spot. Once you remove the module with the clock and airbag plug, keep it plugged in and just doublestick tape the clock face inside your radio housing. You won't need the clock anymore since the new radio already has one

Sorry I'm just now responding. I didn't get notifications on new comments for my videos. To keep the passenger airbag light from triggering you need to keep your oem radio backing that has the plug for it. Remove your oem radio and separate the top piece that has the airbag plug and the digital clock in it. I used double stick tape and taped the clock face to the back of the tablet radio. Then you can keep the airbag sensor plugged In.

Mines is still running as good as when I installed it. No burning. No drops or misconceptions. Still connects to Bluetooth, nav and wifi just fine

I had problems with my amp so I never really got it to work. Was a few issues really.

The radio works. You just plug in your factory antenna. I've had trouble getting an amp to work with it though. We were trying to connect subs and even though it has subwoofer in/outputs, it didn't work well for me. Although it could just be my dumbass

Jk on the usb. I got that working. I installed a sub woofer and now I’m wondering how I wire it with the back of the screen. I see one sub woofer one but that’s it. Anything you recommend?

I'm currently installing subs now and had to splice the wires with the harness In the back. Also the internal mic does suck. No one can hear me either. I'm working with the product owners on this.

@@SladeWashingtonSVR the harness in the back? Please do explain. I wonder if there’s a way I can hook up the original mic somehow or an after market mic. It’s hard to figure out cause not a lot of people have them so it’s hard to figure out anything about it

@@davidmendoza9659 the kit comes with RCA cable harness for aux and amps and additional speakers, but what we did was splice to the factory speaker wires in the oem harness to hook up the subs. And your right there's not a lot of options for this thing. But it is a nice alternative to the standard radio. You can try to splice the oem mic wire with the tablet mic and see if that works.

Tbh I really like it. It's not without flaws like it's a bit slow to react on some of the apps. And there's no power button to shut it off, only a home screen. Also some apps don't work with it like this tpms monitor app I bought. But other than that it does everything I want it to do. Got all my music, navigation, iheart radio, and all that. So I'm happy with it. I even watch RU-vid on it when I'm parked. I'm gonna try Netflix for road trips. And the USB cable helps too with connecting my phone. Thanks for the ask Jimmy. I think I'll do a follow-up video review on this thing
