It's very easy to put Acopian BirdSavers on a window to prevent birds from flying into it.
This video shows BirdSavers with the "Aluminum Velcro Tabs" mounting option. These are very quick to install, but the velcro on the aluminum tabs won’t last forever. Therefore, we prefer the “Screws and Clamps” mounting option, which DOES take a little longer to install, but the advantage of using Screws and Clamps for mounting is that you will never need to replace the velcro if or when the velcro adhesive fails.

Can you make the Velcro white in color so it is less visible when the cords are removed?

This would prevent birds from inadvertently flying into a window but unfortunately would not work for preventing birds attacking a window for territorial reasons (the bird would still see his reflection and would still attack).

Is that something that happens often? How do we stop that? If you put those stickers underneath on the glass?

If you check the Acopian Bird Savers web site, you can find a listing of solutions to the “territorial bird attacking my windows!” problem. It usually means reducing the reflectivness of your glass. Thankfully, window attacks usually don’t result in fatal injuries, even if they can be annoying or worrisome.
