Nice video man. I have a sun dolphin that is very similar to your Swifty. The only drawback to your install would be where you keep your tackle. Do you have another setup for that to make it more accessible?
i usually just use a fannypack for extra lures, pliers, and such. I understand that they are not very fasionable anymore {or may never have been in the first place}, but it seems to work out pretty good.

Are you looking into getting a kayak? or a fish finder for one? this one was around $300 before being marked down for it being a display, but the one that I was after that day was right at $100, but were sold out the day I went to get one. the fish finder is a pretty neat toy! I'm still learning it, but heck, even just having the depth where you are is nice as you can sort of visualize the bottom and get an idea of where the fish are. and it shows fish also, but I still have to con them into taking the hook or lure.
