Seems like the hardest part of this install is to keep the camera in focus just kidding sorry had to say something but thank you so much for showing me how to get it done

How many hours would you say a shop would take for installing both new rear and front sway bars

It's that easy to do?? The only hard part then seems to be getting the bar in or out then

Is an alignment required after this installation?

Is there any torque spec when tightening?

Who is your camera guy? He needs to learn how to hold the camera and keep it in focus, terrible man, get a better camera guy.
