Installing Gutters on an Airplane Hangar! (Our Plan) 

I live in East Texas, we do a lot of Steel buildings. Most of the time we can’t reach the purling without using ridiculously long self tappers so I found that it’s more than sufficient to screw through the trim and into a high rib of the r panel. That gives it plenty of support and once the downspouts are added that helps also. BUT… yall get a ton of snow and ice where you are so that could be an issue!

I'm so glad you guys posted something! Been missing you all. I haven't done anything that big buy have ran into the hollow fascia problem before. I have used just the hangers with built in roof strap and also used the rigid steel bar roof hanger.
