Watching you work with your trusty assistant is always a delight. Callie watches and supervises everything you do and her expressive face says: "Let me at it Dad! I can do it... I'm ready!... Send me in!"
Yep, you have all the skills. I like how you mentioned safety issues and altered your plans accordingly to keep yourself safe. I never thought I would see the day where I craved watching a person have basic common sense. I guess it isn't so common anymore so let's just call it......"Farmer Tyler Sense"....😊
Nice work Tyler! As my mom used to say, "you're as handy as a pocket on a shirt"!! You are great when it comes to making improvements to the ranch! And what amazes me is you do all this heavy work without help from anyone else...except Calli likes to help! I don't think you gave her enough lovin' this morning! She still needs to give you lots of sugar!😘 I love that girl. She's a beautiful yellow Lab.
Ah , the life of a small farmer/rancher. I was there many years ago, so many tasks are done alone. You really need to be comfortable working by yourself, the company a good dog is very important!
You're not really cheap, you're resourceful. You have the metal, the ingenuity and the talent to make feet the are best suited for your individual needs. I love watching you fabricate.
You say you’re cheap, but your solutions rarely are. The time, effort and materials that go into your solutions probably would be unaffordable to most. Buying something is what you do when you don’t have the knowledge, tools or resources to remedy a problem on your own. You’re work is always stellar because it’s tailor made. Plus you don’t have to throw away annoying packaging.😉 Love watching you work, give Callie a boop for living her best life.
Good commendable work thinking! I'm 21Yr. Retired Fire Service/Fire Marshal - and 21 yr. Health Facilities Maintenace/Safety Director... Keep thinking safety farmer.
Good Morning Everyone😊 Congraulation On The Fantastic Work You Are Doing On Making /Expierense Different Items. Thanks For Sharing God Bless You All see you next time on Farmer Tyler Ranch hugs and prayers❤❤❤
Another job well done. Really enjoy your creativity. Loved your comedic reference to Pete from "Just a Few Acres Farm". Looks like you had good weather to do your work. It couldn't have been much more than 1200 degrees Celsius. 😂
Anything you can do for yourself gives you more options on how you want it to be when complete. All that flexability means you can tailor it to fit your unique situation and wants. Very impressive, can't wait for the finish and maiden trial!!
It’s a good point about no one knowing your in trouble for hours. Maybe a simple walkie-talkie system like the police use attached somewhere so you just need to push a button to summon help. I know it would make me feel better.
You are such a hard working young man. Very conscientious & honest. It's good watching you & your work ethic. I wish there were more young people like you.
169 pounds of awesome! Another fantastic video. 😊 I am so proud of you and just delighted to watch you and your ranch grow. Tyler, I truly believe you are amazing and the things you create are professional grade. Great job!
Tyler, your fabrication skills are impressive and well executed. Everything adds to efficiency with data. As they say, “You can’t manage something you don’t measure.” Congrats on getting the scale in the game! It was fun to see your face when you finished. You looked like a little kid at Christmas. You have lots to be proud of. You work hard and long hours. Farmers and ranchers are under-appreciated, underpaid, and yet critical! Your fortitude is incredible. Stay safe, healthy and happy!
Thanks for showing your work, especially your use of clamps and how you hold things together instead of a third hand it’s helping me to rethink the way I do things. Thank you very much.
A nice clean install/upgrade to the operation. I like the Gallagher's ability to track the weights over time. This definitely will be an asset to your operation. Good post!
thank you tyler yet another great show how to do things at your ranch . your ways of doing things have been well thought out and the end result is very positive . love how you showed us how to do things and getting them done . no pictures of your cows today but we did see you side kick ..lol (shes such a good girl ).thank you for the take along. from seattle washington
Hi Tyler , when you mentioned the joke for the metric imperial , just as Pete from A few Acres Farm does always , was funny for viewers of both channels .. Maybe one day you could visit Pete's farm , his kniwlegde and attitude will benefit you and your farm ..And his jokes of course
Can’t wait till the weighing of the bulls and may I say that way of putting it together I would’ve never figured it out knowing my dumbass I probably would’ve put the weigh bars on top of the shoot why idk but I do know that’s why I’m not a rancher !! Great work putting it together!!
We’ve been Weighting on this video,as usual another great presentation, can’t weight to see what the young bulls weigh!Give Callie a good belly rub for me!Good job!
Yes great job and improvement for your farm.. That hi lift..handy man Jack is dangerous.. Glad you kept it straight up. I have seen many accidents or heard of them in the national forests.. Be safe..☺️. Oh and I am like you.. I don’t buy stuff I can easily make.. The ability to make what you need is fun, resourceful and keeps us happy..
Congratulations on a job WELL DONE !! That high bar is worth its weight in gold. The scale retaining the weights will be so very useful. Modern conveniences for “old” fashioned farming.
Maybe a smidge of luck, FTR, the rest is the thoughtfulness and careful measuring that your fans have come to expect. The concrete ramps look fabulous. Thanks for the safety shout out.
It is always a great pleasure to follow your train of thought and see how you go from thought to action and finish with a fantastically well-done result 🤩
Great work Tyler. I am Excited for u. I knew it would work because if ur Innovation. Luv watching Callie, she is so Dedicated to being right there with u. Thank u so much for sharing, and now I can Carry On!
If you ever got injured, Callie would be like Lassie and run back to "mom" when Jeff or Timmy fell into the well. On a serious note, your cell probably has good reception where you live as long as someone always carries their phone on the other end.
Our internet is acting horribly today! Took me out of YTube! The Load Bars under Shut! Hello, Callie! The Shop! Great Video today! Most Finished! Thank-you! Testing! Working Scale! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I like the reference to Pete's joke. Glad you took the time to measure twice and drill once so the holes lined up. I need to learn that skill. Of course when they don't line up it's because I used imperial instead of metric.
I am in agreement. I wouldn’t call you cheap. The skill and resourcefulness of giving new life to old or spare parts from other jobs is something that I think we can all appreciate about you!👍👍 Having a good supervisor like Calli doesn’t hurt either!😂
So happy to finally see what a "Load Bar" looks like. Some years ago I had a hog weighing "crate" with a siwng gate at the outlet that alowed us to sort hogs by weight. Worked well , but it used a tried and true FARBANKS balance scale mecanism. It had transport wheeles so we could use it at different locations. The "High Lift" jack you use is identical to one we used called "The Handi Man" jack. Wonder Who made the High Lift ? Great video . Good thinking one the dirt guard on the entrance end.
I suddenly got worried about you out there alone , might I suggest you implement a check in protocol that works for you and family ,I enjoy your videos very much . I never thought about what would happen if God forbid you were injured .
