I have a doubt about this recipe. You are using poha here, that too without cleaning it. It contains dirt. Won't it be harmful for kids? I think using rice instead of poha would be better. Rice can be washed, dried and dry roasted just like dal.

Poha is not precooked rice. It is beaten rice in raw form. You all need to roast this well too
