I’ve made these rice and rava dosas for a while now, mostly for dinner, and they are easy to make and have a lovely crispness when eaten immediately. So thank you for posting the recipe again - sometimes I lose track of recipes and need to be reminded of the good ones. The chutney is delicious as well.

You can use carrot, capsicum and tomatoes too, one at a time or all at once along with the above said ingredients. Some people also use beetroot. Sauté it first before grinding.
It is called as Thosai, not Dosa. Dosa means SIN in Malay or in Indonesian language! Thosai is a South Indian delicacy normally ate for breakfast or at times for dinner. Apart from mawoo or flour thosai, there is rawa thosai and millet thosai. Pls call or pronounce it correctly. Not Dosa. Thosai. Tq
