@@SuperPowerBlast if it's only for balancing reasons, I guess 2 things could be done about it, either make the insta kill very impractical like Miguel's one hit KO, or just make all the insta kills equal (frame data/reach/you name it) To be fair, I think the Blazblue Astral Finishes do that really well, you can only activate them when your opponent is almost dead anyways. I say if everyone has access to the same tool, then the balancing argument falls a bit short imo.
I love how most of these attacks have either long startup or extremely specific fringe case scenarios and then there's Divekick where it's literally just the entire point of the game
What’s funny about Dizzy’s instant KO is that she probably wasn’t intending to kill but that “warning shot” was enough to strike fear on her opponents. It’s a literal nuclear.
@@TheZWolfagreed with Shaheen but not Rashid. Rashid had actual personality and cool fighting style. Shaheen's personality is like piece of cardboard, his fighting style has potential but lot missing
My God, I had never played any Persona games before. Last year, I decided to play Persona 3. At first, I found it uninteresting, but suddenly, 80 hours had passed in one of the best gaming experiences of my life. I then played Persona 4, incredulous that it could be better than 3, and once again, I was surprised; the experience was even better, and today Persona 4 is my all-time favorite game. Just thinking about it makes me happy.
There's also J-Star Victory Versus where Ichigo has his Final Getsuga Tenshou that instakills everyone in a straight line in front of him (he does get K.O'ed himself shortly after using it though)
Dizzy instakill in Xrd i think became one of most funny instakills ever and i Just love Chie instakill in P4A so much, first time i encountered this extra attack in P4 i was like "Wait... Did she just yeet enemy out of the fight? Dafuq?" and than i saw it as instakill in P4A i was like "Yeah they made this one an IK, i'm happy with that"
What is it about Paul Vs Lei being such an iconic Tekken 3 matchup? Every time I think of that game, those two pop into my mind and now I see it in a bunch of random Tekken 3 clips on youtube 😅
It's just that I made a video similar to this one, and in that video I used Saitama, so I didn't want to repeat it, also because I already used some parts from the other video in this one.
All of these games are good, but Hokuto no Ken is special. The game is crazy, full of insane combos, infinites, and more. There's even a player who got hit by one of those combos in a Tournament and knew it was going to be infinite, so he dropped the controller and waited for the opponent to finish.
Do you know about the Finishing Move Cutscenes for Yu Yu Hakusho Final? You have to have low health and you can perform an instant stun attack, with back, forward, forward punch. Then, when you perform a Desperation Move, it plays a cutscene where no matter how much health the other fighter has, you win instantly.
The only thing that annoyed the shit outta me when I was a kid is the fact that the cutscenes were awesome but always ended in a colorful ball of power coming to the victim's direction😂
The r.mika one, Doesn't have to be her special... Any throw she does after you let her get her full taunt is death. ANY GRAB. only saying because some people might not get it from the video
Beerus hakai (finger flick) is a regular special, it just has a special interaction between both Zamasu and Goku Black, where they actually get pulverized if they are killed with the finger flick
Surprised they missed the original Guilty Gear. A free, two button, instant kill that won you both rounds unless your opponent could counter it with the right inputs.
I admit I've never played that game; at the time, I had an Xbox 360. But it seems like there's instant k.o in that game, right? I haven't researched deeply, so I'm not sure. The fact is I don't have a PS3 to record, and my PC isn't great enough to emulate it. In the near future, I'll upgrade, and then I'll definitely use PlayStation All-Stars for something.
Really? It's kind of embarrassing, but I've never played much Smash Bros. I only completed the first one once, and I played a bit of Brawl, but I don't even think I unlocked Jigglypuff. So, I'm out of the loop with those games.
Its not a 1 hit KO, the obly characters that have one is Hero with wack/thwack (or himself with kamikazee) and roy/chrom with their full charge neutral B
A fight against the wrong opponent is a cause for your last moments because losing to a guy with with a handgun is a cheap ass knockout and instant death even if it’s a non shadow game
This video wasn't what I expected. Sure, Instant Kill move are rare and worth to know, but what's the interest of showing one Instant Kill move of fighting games in which every single character has a Instant Kill move like p.e., Guilty Gear? The interesthing would be fighting games in which they are rare.
I didn't forget, I didn't put it because I had already put two Tekken 7 moves, so, to diversify things a little, I put the Gigaton Punch from Tekken 2.
