Excellent recipe. I did not have Ajwain so I left it out. Also I added 1 tsp of chilli powder. It gave a nice subtle flavour. Thank you for the recipe. The murukku came out crispy and easy to eat. Not unbearably hard.
I will making today very nice and happy lam so happy it's come super easy and very tasty tq madam please more video coming your allrecipì please thank you so much iam in Mysor
Nice video. Thank you for posting. Urad dal we can dry rost, make it powder and add it to rice floor. No need to soak and cook. Also we can add turmeric powder, hing, red mirchi powder to it.
I prepared besan barfi , instant malpua and milk burfi in sweet and now I am going to prepare all snacks items of hebbar's kitchen like khara sakkarpara and all and I'll definitely try this murukku coz it's new item for me 👌😀😊🌝
Tried this today with 1 cup urad dal, the whole dough was soggy so I reduced it to 2 cups rice and half cup urad dal this time the dough was same consistency as this video but the murukkus broke apart into tiny pieces kinda like sev. It tasted great though!
Today the same thing happened to me, this is why weighing measures are important in recipes rather than cups bcuz the cup I use and you use and she use are completely different. 1:2 didn't work out or maybe the urad dal was cooked with too much water? 🤔 it absorbed to much water that could result In breaking apart a d consuming too much Oil.
I am north Indian from bhopal, I bring morakku from market 1st time and also see in market 1st time. It's very testy, and see your preparation on youtube, that's very simple method. I like 👌👌👌
Hello Dear 😊 I'm your subscriber, and I Lovee your videos 🌟 I made this recipe on diwali for my family and everyone loved it, It's so tasty Thank youuuuuu so much 🙏💗💜😊🌟
I did this today. But the ratio of rice powder seems to be wrong. When the dough was put in oil, it just dissolved. Then added 3.5 more cups of rice powder. Also changed the disc to a single star one.
Oh, that's informative. Thank you ! The first time I ate murukku when I was in school, it was rigid and hard to crush, but it was very interesting ! It had lot of rice flour in it. Rice flour gives stiffness or rigidity to food items.
I have ask many time a same question but didn't get answer, my question is how to make rice flour, just wash and dry and grind or we have to soak and dry
