I've come up with five simple instant noodle recipes that are affordable and delicious plus I had a go at making my own Kimchi! It's so easy! Watch along for really simple step by step instructions that take hardly anytime at all and create some amazing meals for the whole family!

📍I used:
1kg or 2 whole chinese leaf/napa cabbage
70g Salt
250ml Water
1 Carrot
3 Spring onions
30g Korean red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp Sugar
60ml Fish sauce
5 Cloves garlic

These all look so delicious! I may have to try to make the kimchi myself. I usually purchase a big container of it from Costco (in the US) for around $5, but fresh kimchi would be great!

I wish we could get that size of coconut milk (small can) in the US! Here it's a conventional full size can, and it's always more than I need.

Just read your comment, you can freeze coconut milk I often use half in soup and freeze the rest.

I usually make up an extra large mug. Sorry it’s not very specific but I do make it extra thick. Less is always better in the slow cooker x
