This is how I make my instant pot sona masoori rice. Its perfect, fluffy and soft rice.

what is ratio of rice and water for 24 mantra semi brown rice,do i need to soak this rice?if so for how much time?please tell the 3litre instapot setting for cooking 1cup of this semi brown rice?

Thanks for the video. Is it mandatory to come back to the cooker after 15 mins of the timer or can I just leave it and come back only when I want to eat?

What do you mean when you say let it release naturally? Just don't switch the pressure switch yet?

Turn the Switch and wait then check if you can open the Lid. If not Wait some More.

It means let the cooking timer run out and then it will count the time after cooking as well, so after 15 minutes, flip the pressure release valve to open and let the steam out. Once that’s done, you can safely open your Instapot!

You can not open once 15minutes done, it has high pressure inside, so you need to wait for few more minutes to open then lid. Safer side😊
