Hey Jason! This Spare rib video was almost...almost as good as your fall off the bone ribs vid from awhile back. That video, is how I came across your channel and I've been a fan since then. Your presentation at the end really shows the commitment and passion that you put into what you are sharing...Thank You! It made my tongue pop! You don't need an instant pot. Pressure cookers do the same thing. You've got to brown the meat in a cast iron pan, first.

The background music is incredibly irritating. Otherwise, I enjoyed the video. Would you please include the total weight of the combined ribs in your recipe, such as five or six pounds? Sorry! Saying the you used 6 ribs about 10 ounces each is not user friendly.
