Congratulations on the new book and thank you for all you do. Just wanted to let you know I made this for my husband and myself and he loved it! I’m not completely vegan but getting there. My husband will never be completely vegan but he’s will to try new things ,, oh I swapped out the regular potato for a sweet 😊

If U - Don't mind, please can U - share your "Meal Plan " was after your stroke & - during the covid lock down... like what did U - eat for breakfast, lunch & - dinner...
