I just found you! Looking forward to learning. I’ve been vegetarian since 1975 and learned that I need to become vegan after 2 heart attacks. A vegetarian from the 70’s is not necessarily eating right. All we had were Loma Linda and Worthington type meat substitutes. High salt, high fat, high preservative recipes. Now, thanks to RU-vid, I have more access to recipes and your support group sounds intriguing. With a 40-something son whose favorite activity is special Olympics, I need to focus on his health also. I think you’re going to be my “go-to” from now on. I’m so happy I sat through this video!!
