Prices, shipping costs and other variables can change at any time, so your experience might be different. INSTANT POT DOESN'T RECOMMEND THE USAGE OF STEP DOWN CONVERTERS. The better option is to purchase the UK model.
We also address some things that frequently mentioned about the instant pot on facebook communities, such as "burn" display, foam from the whistle and pressure not building in some ips.

Thanks for good demonstration ma. I bought 3 and 6 at models. I bought converter in Hyderabad. It was 2500 rupees and 2000 watts. Working well. In Amazon converters are very expensive and we don’t know what size and performance will be. Before I bought my IP I saw all most all your detailed videos and I started my cooking. Your videos helped me a lot for operational purpose. Thanks for your videos. God bless you dear.

Neel It is a step down converter. Just you can plug it with your IP. No need to buy any plugs for that. I paid 2500 1.5 years ago.

Hi Sandhya, Awesome IP video. Just bought IP, and exploring. A quick question: can we wash the lid with water? Or how do we clean it after we make dal or if any curries stick to the lid?

Thanks for the information. I bought new cooker but timer is not starting even after 45 mins. And also steam is coming out from whistle. Could you please let me know what can do for this?

Try doing the steam test from scratch again.Could be a couple of reasons...Check if the sealing ring is sitting correctly. Open the lid and reset the sealing ring. Make sure if there is enough liquid in the liner. If that doesnt fix it, return the unit to amazon for a new one. You could also open a service ticket with instantpot.

Hi, i have tried rice in pressure cooker option but the rice vooked overly. It was not nice. Tell me how much time we have to keep in pressure cooker mode. I am using sona masoori rice

How we release the pressure normally ,we have to press the cancel button.

You dont have to do anything once the timer goes off it will automatically countdown and slowly starts releasing pressure. This will take anywhere between 15-20 mins depending on quantity. If you press cancel it might accelerate the process by a minute or two because the pot cools down faster.
