Here are some extra tips which I missed in this video.. 1) The pan should not be very hot to make this dosa. If the pan is very hot then the batter wont spread properly. Sprinkle some water over pan to bring the temperature down or you can take the pan off the heat and then spread the batter again place it on flame. 2) While spreading the batter dont put too much pressure. Do it very gently. 3) Wheat flour can be replaced with rice flour and baking soda can also be replaced with baking powder but use double the quantity of baking powder (ie 1/2 tsp) 4) Cook this dosa on low flame to medium flame to make it crispy.

This is the best instant dosa recipe on RU-vid. They turn out to be crisp and there's no compromise in the taste as well. Only change i made was i used rice flour instead of wheat.. Amazing recipe, thank you for sharing. I've been using this recipe as a quick fix for more than a year now :)

Fantastic recipe, a boon for dosa lovers especially under the present conditions when you cant buy dosa batter easily. Actually I think i can happily stick to this recipe even after the lockdown is lifted. It is so very easy to make and the dosas come out just right.

Well it turned out like crepe... Was thick... As soon as i removed it from the pan was little crispy bit after few seconds turned out thick crepe... By the way please non stick pan... Because I had to change after the first one 😂...
