That's what I love about this mechanic. It gives you a way of getting an easy redstone output when you log out and log in. You could also use it for easy long timers that do things if you've been off the server for a while. You could mess with people and not even need to be there

It can be really effective , if you combine with with an Enderman (XP) farm in the End. You'd basically have limitless Enderpearls , and thus , limitless teleportations.

Searched for this design for so long Because the other designs were to complicated or didn't work

You could also make it work on multiplayer by only letting it work if you are online with the cat

I've seen someone do the opposite, if the inverted daylight sensor skips to day without going through all it's stages it teleports you back.

That's good to know! If you have a link feel free to drop it in here for others to see/use. I've tried 3 different types and none of them have been reliable long-term unfortunately. I want to say I've tried the boat type as well but I'll check it out

I mean, yeah, you can put more than one pearl in the stasis chamber, but how do you activate them separately?

@@chaomatic5328 there are certain designs, there is one made by a small youtuber called "Dark" the video is titled "Next Gen Pearl Stasis Chamber". It uses item shadowing (which has been patched unfortunately) however, he does show a design for a multi use stasis chamber. He provided a world download as well if you want to test it. I personally haven't with newer versions but that was what I was imagining with my earlier comment.

@@pensivetrout1126 Ahh, item shadows, where you accidently dupe your items more than you use them to trigger redstone. Watching the vid now Edit: I have watched the video and that was awesome! I wish Mojang left item shadowing as it was, because getting that rail setup going ain't something normal survival players are going to do. They should have left us with an alternative... However, ender pearl stacking should still be viable! Now, Dark doesn't explain the logic behind those chamber, only show them. It appears he uses pistons and precise block size (soul sand, 3 pickles) to make it work. The way it works reminds me of minecart stacking, where if there are a bunch of minecarts chest in the same space, and you push them up with a slime block, one minecart will jump ever so higher than the rest, allowing it to be picked up from the bunch. This provides a way to separate those minecart, and somebody used it for an extra compact storage - at the price of retrieval speed. Further investigation needed!

@@chaomatic5328 so upon looking at the vid description and downloading the world, the stasis bit of the machine still works which is great because we can hook up remote catstone to the stasis bit and get out multi-use stasis chamber. The entire thing uses entity separation. Look at the video's description, he links the person who discovered the entity separation (which is revolutionary)

So login-logout once, you tp to base, login-logout a second time, you tp to quarry?

That would be a little inconvenient, but you could have a start/stop lever for your chunk loader and activate it when you're about to leave your home base for far away. Might still be useful that way depending on your play style

Not really sure if this is viable for you, but how I do it is my server has GeyserMC in it which allows Bedrock players to play. So, my phone has Minecraft and its sole purpose is to flick my Ender Pearl Chamber when I (Java Account) wants to go back home.

I was also thinking of something similar. You could create unique windows of time at other stations. Like 0-7 for one, 7-14 for 2, etc. You could make them shorter to be less inconvenient

Absolutely, I had the exact same thought process. Also, if you had two, you could also hook each up to a t-flipflop on opposite phases so that every other output would activate one for two way teleportation

Man I had no idea what this was, you're a life saver! Edit: after troubleshooting, the issue actually was not DPI (my mouse should be getting 8000 DPI). I'm getting a new mousepad to hopefully improve tracking. If not I'll explore other options Edit 2: wow, thanks Logitec for severely limiting my dpi to less than half capability before using your software. Totally makes sense

Yep, I was really surprised I couldn't find a simple version of this machine anywhere. Hopefully this helps out people who want something a little less complicated

CUDs even work through blocks. So you can place one on one side of the wall, and the chest it is listening to on the other side, and be able to tell when someone is inserting any amount of items or even just clicking the empty slots.

Presence footsteps + sound physics remastered. It's a great combo. We run a hermitcraft-esque "enhanced vanilla" fabric setup

Complimentary! Imo the best free shader. Make sure and check out it's integrated pbr settings, they look really great! I'd recommend running on sodium and iris for performance, but optifine is also good

I talk some about this in the video, but for me the cat can teleport whenever my chunk loader has stopped loading and then I load the chunks that the cat is in by being close to them (upon login or returning to the base). Getting a better chunk loader helped the issue a lot for me, but to some degree the bug still exists unfortunately. There are other much more complicated designs that utilize a cat in a minecart that are more reliable, so I might research if there's a simple way to make that practical eventually

I would imagine not, but I haven't tested it. I'm not sure if the cat-on-trapped-chest bug carries over to bedrock (but if it does then it might work).

Should still work in most recent versions. I haven't read up on it, but I'm pretty sure those game mechanics have been the same for a while

It won't work in single player worlds unless you build it in spawn chunks, because nowhere else gets loaded immediately (besides the chunks the player loads) upon logging in in sp.

@@clarethecat5199 they do kind of. The way single player works is that besides player loaded chunks and spawn chunks, no other chunks get loaded when you start the game back up. This means that if your chunk loader is way far away (and not in spawn chunks), when you log out the game stops every game process and breaks the loader. Then when you log back in, the game doesn't automatically load your chunk loader up again and it won't work until you load it by being near to it. Then it will load if you go far away but still break if you log out. So the contraption needs to be in spawn chunks, which are always loaded up by the game upon starting the world. Hope that helps

Do you happen to know if it's possible to manually edit what chunks are considered spawn chunks, maybe with something like MCedit or NBTeditor? It's always so frustrating when I find an amazing seed but the picturesque location where I wanna build my base is just baaarely outside of the spawn chunks so my farms don't work while I'm away 🥲

Not sure about bedrock, but on Java your cat shouldn't sit down by itself as long as it is a cat you have tamed (and not someone else's). Never seen that issue but if all else fails try checking the wiki for other conditions that could make them sit

the cat will sit down automatically randomly if you are close to it, put a torch on the glass block above the chest (or anything else that obstructs the block above the chest) and they wont sit.

The cat should sit when you log out, not stand. Some others have pointed out that cats sitting on chests and making them inoperable is actually an intended game mechanic (b/c irl cats are annoying like that lol). So this should still be able to work if that mechanic isn't broken due to a bug

I do show that in the video, but it is a little hard to find. Just make sure that each slot in the hopper has one item each (these items should be different than the one in the trapped chest) and then you're good

​@@ZTheMokiactually, chunk loaders don't work exactly the same way in sp. When you log out of the game, any chunk loader away from spawn chunks won't work anymore until it's loaded by the player. So for this to work for long distances in SP, it would have to be built in spawn chunks I believe. And spawn chunks should load it by themselves, although I can't exactly remember their mechanics super well

Might be working on a new video to improve this... To fix sitting down, try putting a non air block directly above the chest (torch, etc). To fix random teleportation, wait for my next video!

The two hoppers in the pulse extender face into each other, sorry that part was really hard to see. But all of the items in the hoppers are shown in the video (after the multiplayer demonstration)

It does. You need to have a torch above the cat and it should prevent that. I found this out after making the video
