People REALLY NEED to read the RULES and DISCLAIMERS that they AGREE TO when they purchase Airline tickets! It clearly says that the Airline RESERVES THE RIGHT to deny boarding to anybody for any reason that they see fit! Which includes being abusive to Airline employees or other passengers, being loud and disruptive, intoxicated, not following protocols like when Masks were mandatory, etc! Once they decide that they don't want you on their flight, that's it, you are gone! There is NO disputing it!

I just know the wife had the best vacation possible once she made the decision to leave him behind to deal with the situation he created. That’s the level of unbothered I strive to be when dealing with problematic situations like this

It is such a controlling thing, they MUST dominate the entire conversation and only want to hear themselves speak, but want and demand you be their willing audience. I used to be patient and would stand there and put up with it, but I just walk off now. I don't have to give those people my time or emotional labor. They don't care anyway.
