If you learn to eat and when to as child it is really easy to keep healthy.

FYI: I think he means, salt as in real salt with the minerals ie: unprocessed sea salt such as Celtic sea salt that has approximately 82 minerals. there are other good sea salts too like Danish sea salt but harder to find & expensive to ship, Himalayan pink salt (be careful of fakes), Redmond's real salt. Read labels thoroughly, I've been tricked with a sea salt label that all minerals had been stripped except sodium.. There's a reason it's a compliment to be called "the salt of the earth". Sipping on salt water also helps our nervous system (electrical system) & spiritually, as the two are connected. 😊
