Taking the Texas personal lines tomorrow. I took the adjuster all lines back in 2018, but my last employer swapped me to a DHS P&C, so im trying to get my adjuster all lines back, because i want the option to work worker comps claims. But producer exam tomorrow.
I am having a hard time finding the state laws section in my Xcel prelicense course to get the specific numbers in Florida. FL tests heavily in State regulations. Can you point me in the right direction to find the sections for I. FL Statutes, Rules, and Regulations Common to All Lines, II. FL Statutes, Rules, and Regulations Pertinent to Life and Annuity Insurance, incl. Variable Products and III. FL Statutes, Rules, and Regulations Pertinent to Health Insurance. The Florida state exam has these 3 sections which includes a total of 50 questions. Your help is appreciated!!!!
@@insuranceexamqueen Thank you so much! I was confused because in Xcel it's the last chapter but under the Health Section, so I wasn't sure if there was another States Regulation section in the Life section in Xcel. Thanks for your help!

My course includes both Life and Health. You can simply exclude the Health part and focus solely on the Life part. Go here, click on recommendations and then scroll to your state to see the most important topics for your exam: www.insuranceexamqueen.com/
