Isn't that a warcrime? They were already taken out of the fight, they were not a threat and should then be treated as civilians, right? I don't think you are allowed to shoot casualties.

@@virtuallyreal5849 No. As long as the combatant is still alive they could always pick up their weapon and shoot you in the back. In a gunfight it’s always best to make sure they are dead. It varies on the situation though

These cool gears are modded gears that you can get from the ISMC mods. As for me, I've been joining servers with "ISMC x Karmakut". The actual server name I joined was "Eclipse Gaming 3 ( Checkpoint | ISMC Hardcore | More Bots)". On joining, your game might download some mods, then you are good to go. May be you can take reference on that server name and check it out.

And also, these gears, such as helmet, plate carriers, shirts etc are only customizable in weapon customization screen during the game.
