I have been watching your videos and your fox has come a long ways. Its very nice and Im sure you could run low 11 quarter miles with it. Team Z is definitely a perfect choice to go towards. My uncle gets parts and discounts from them all the time. If your on sort of a budget, Steeda has some very nice products for the bang for your bucks. Im still building my first 302 and Im going for 10 second quarter miles.
Thanks man! Im waiting on the Team-Z street beast to come in. This is the one with poly but relocated uppers. Car is still very street and I didnt want the roughness of the heim's
@@HOUSEOFDULA Street Beast is a good setup to run if you don't have the coin for some tubular suspension parts. You'll be able to launch the car better. If your looking for better ETs and aren't concerned with going fast in corners, you can always buy Eibach Drag Launch springs kit as it's set up for drag strip and street manners. Just don't go fast in corners lol
Yo. I have an on3 kit on my GT and the down pipe is really close to the accumulator. I’ve massaged the accumulator and have some space but it’s still kinda close. I noticed u got something between the down pipe and accumulator? What is it and where did u get it. Thx in advance ✌🏼
I'm looking at the Team Z street beast lower control arms. Double adjustable but still run poly bushings. My car will mostly be street driven so I figured they would be better for my situation. Might be an option you would like also. Love the channel. Keep up the great work.
Appreciate it! I dont blame you, fun to drive for sure...I cant wait till the weather coold off and I get the rear fixed so I can just drive the snot out of it.
I have basically the same setup for intake tube except mine is 4 inch diameter on a N/A car. It doesn’t look the best but I wrapped mine in black header wrap it definitely helps I can actually touch the tube after running the car. Team Z FTW, only run with 1 link hooked up on the street unless you want to keep buying them. I don’t know what you have but you need scales and to sit in the drivers seat while someone adjust’s the anti roll bar. Also if you don’t have them you will need torque box reinforcement plates. Just some suggestions.
Hey mike, wondering your opinion on the microsquirt Ecu. I have a 92 notch with a 302 that I’ll be installing my on3 kit on over this winter, just debating on getting a tune for the stock ecu or going microsquirt. What numbers did your car make again? Thanks! Love the videos
Man I love it. I about it have it just right to set and forget. Takes some learing curve to get it right, and having help around you helps tremendously to help get a base tune. My dyno tune was bad, and I dont even run the dyno tune. The tuner did Microsquirt but preferred stock ECU with sct chip. He ran it conservative. Only made over 400hp to the wheels, didnt get torque reading because "issue with dyno". It runs great, very strong with the tune I'm on now, would like to get it re-tuned.
HOUSE OF DULA awesome! Thank you so much for the response, I remember that dyno tune wasn’t the greatest..... I’ll probably have to ask you for help lol! Can you pretty much share and download tunes from tuner studio?
@@cburford2730 You bet man! Its an awesome powerful little ECU, for the money and for DIYers You can share tunes simply. Just a single file that can be email and uploaded.
HOUSE OF DULA well I might be asking you to share some tunes.... cause I just ordered it! Keep up the good work, since starting to watch your videos I’ve had a 85,86, and now my current 92 notchback!
like you said, you wanted/needed a bead roller anyway.. but you could have used a pair of klein pliers to put a bead around the pipe for cheap/easy. not as pretty, but its not seen anway since a coupler goes over it.
16:05 Back end too squirly?! My old 5.0 turbo stock motor would lay marks all through 3rd gear with 315/17 drag radials in the rear! Keep in it and pedal!
AFR headed 302. Nothing special. Car was mini tubbed and has a beefy 9", subframe connectors and large fuel pump, all in preps to run a 460. One of these days this car will have a Big Block Ford. Thats been my goal at least...500+ ci 460 based C6 combo.
