Is this possible??I know its possible to apply automations and send emails(which you can draft while applying an automation) but my question is can we send an email from the email templates??thanks...

Thank you for a great video. Maybe I missed it, but is there somehow that you can send an email to multiple contacts or groups of contacts without having to opening each item and sending the email ? We have 350 people living with us and we would like to send them all a message real fast.

Whilst we don't have a specific mass email feature, you could set up an automation to send out an email when a status is changed, and then use the batch actions feature to change the status of multiple items at once! This would then trigger emails to be sent to the email addresses of those items 😊
Hi, is there a wad of sending emails via our business email address. I have tried connecting to gmail but it only seems to send emails from the gmail email address.

Hey Sam! You could keep track of one specific email conversation by using an automation recipe like the following: "When an email from this email column is received, add it as an update" or you could tinker with the "Never log" settings in the Emails & Activities app within Updates! Just click the settings gear icon when you're in Emails & Activities and you'll see the "Never log" options at the bottom. 😊
@@mondaydotcom ok thanks! Is there a way to utilize this in subitems? I'd like to keep different conversations separate. So like if a chain of emails is coming through regarding one specific topic, can all of those be kept in the subitem?
@@mondaydotcom so one of the integration automations is "when an activity is created in emails and Activities, create an Item in this board and connect it to the source item" and I'm wondering if instead of creating an item I can create a subitem
@@mondaydotcom in the outlook integration there's an option "when an email from email is received, add it as an update" but there's not an option for adding it as an update when an email is sent, or adding it to a subitem instead..

Hi! This video was helpful but I have two questions. 1) I do not see an Account board that is ready to go. How did you create an Account board? and 2) I connected my gmail and followed the steps listed in this video but my gmail emails are not automatically showing up in the emails & activities board. Why is this? Thank you.
