Hi Devendra - We have methods in the Apex Toolkit that can get documents like getLinkedDocuments in the DocumentService class so that could help. @@DocusignDevs Thanks! ill try to ask here - im trying to send my envelope template (which connected to gen template) through apextoolkit. that doesn't work since it thinks i have no documents on envelope template (which is true-but it is connected to gen template and should pull the document from there). do you know maybe a solution for this? thank you! adding the error from apex - 'dfsle.APIException: The Envelope is not Complete. A Complete Envelope Requires Documents, Recipients, Tabs, and a Subject Line.'

​@@gaiatamir8900Hi Gaia - Currently it's not possible to use the Apex Toolkit to apply an Envelope Template Configuration. You could apply a DocuSign server template ID, but not an Envelope Template Config ID. The Apex Toolkit is currently for eSignature only, not Gen. So having a Template Config linked to a Gen Template wouldn't work via Apex. You need to add your document either via: 1. Server template with a pre-uploaded static form 2. Passing through a salesforce content File ID of the document in Salesforce. But Apex won't generate Gen to generate the doc first. The doc already has to be created before it can be pulled into the envelope.

@@DocusignDevs thank you for the answer :) another question - im trying to send bulk envelope via apex as in your example, but the example refers to a specific use case, my goal is just to query the recipient i want and to send bulk to them (without flow) , but there is a line in the code in my list assignment - 'new dfsle.entity(senddetails[0].applicants[0].job_posting_c)' which is the place where the list of applicants is coming from, so i don't know what should be there in my case, in - developers.docusign.com/docs/salesforce/how-to/bulk-send/ this link the example is also very specific and uses 'myGroupId' as chatter group Id. so my question is- how do i send bulk just to a list that i make by querying an object? thank you!

@@gaiatamir8900 Hi Gaia - The bulk send video and how-to are specific but the code can be used even if you aren't using a chatter group. In step two of the how-to you referenced, you just need to build a list of envelope copies with data from another source. So instead of using the for loop on line 8 that looks at a Chatter group you would write a for loop to take information from your list and add each newBulkCopy with information from your source rather than the Chatter contacts. Then the rest of the code should be similar.
