This great Intense Kettlebell workout will hit your legs hard! Sounds easy on paper, but it gets hard once you going through this intense Lower Body session. We are focusing on your hamstrings, quads and gluteus.
Very straight forward and simple to follow workout and we are going through exercises at 40 sec "ON" and 20 sec "OFF"

As I said before your workouts are the most sane kettlebell workouts I've come across! No theatrics, no machismo just good solid kettlebell exercises! 😃👏👏

Holy buckets. Did a 275×10 squash session and finished with this. Was toast by set 13 using only body weight. 8-10 reps for all other using a 35 or 75 depending on feel. GREAT VID

Great video. Out of all the kettlebell RU-vid videos, I find yours to be the most efficient, functional, and challenging. And thanks for not putting commercials in the middle of workouts! Keep it up!

Thanks a lot for this and your other workouts! I have a question for you: would you say training these kinds of workouts (short in time) is enough workout in a week? I like to train every other day, I would say about 4 times a week. My goals are to get a little bit stronger, a little more endurance, maintain good health both physically and mentally, and being able to enjoy good food without getting fat😅Should some of my workouts during the week be harder/longer?! I know it’s probably individual but what do you think in general about long vs shorter workouts? I’m pretty done after doing the short so they sure should be effective🤩 Thank you so much again for your absolutely superb workouts!👌🏼

Absolutely, as High Intensity workouts can be anything between 4 minutes up to 20 minutes (after that, intensity and our output will significantly drop). HIIT is a great way to add training into your routine, especially if you struggle to find time around work, family and lifestyle. Combination of Balanced Nutrition, Resistance Training, General Movement (like walking) and Recovery is perfect recipe to lose fat and build muscle. In addition I use pull up bar too, usually add pull ups few times a week.

I had never tried that kb grip on a thruster before, and figured I’d give it a shot. I busted my nose with the handle as I came up. 😢

Not entirely sure what do you mean by messy and unclear. If you are after some structured programme and follow along workouts, I have online PWR group with more guidance, structure and you can track your progress too

What weight do you personally use? i have a 50lb and a 30lb and i could only do the first cycle with the 50 this was so intense 🤣
