I loved the simplicy of the moves in this workout. Exactly my pace on a Monday. 35 minutes is the max amount of time I have to spend on a daily workout, so this was perfect.

All the second rounds felt like a bonus move today, and I was even going light!!! Great way to get the hr up without traditional cardio. I have a request for Ryan - Please come do a live chat with Amy in the BAC. Some of us would love to pick your brain.

I feel this workout was slightly lighter compared to the others (with dumbbells), in a good way! I bookmarked this one for those days where I have slightly less energy or just want to do something a bit lighter, while still feeling like I got a good thorough workout! Thank you Amy!
