Loved this Amy. Definitely one way to wake the body up in the morning! I am so thankful for your time and effort. As a middle aged man I find these workouts very beneficial and as someone who plays the drums in a local band, the workouts help my endurance and flexibility especially when I need to carry my drums up and down stairs! Thanks Amy 👏 😊

Love Love this format! It was Tough and CHALLENGING especially the 1st circuit my whole body feels like JELLY and holy heart rate was up and I’m feeling the 🔥🔥🔥🔥

LOL I was doing the warmup thinking hmmm this is different and then you commented about it. 🤣 ❤ this workout! It was tough. Heart rate up the whole time. I enjoyed the new combo moves. My legs are jelly. I have a feeling my core will be sore later too. Awesome start to the week!

This was so fun because I don’t like core work so since it was all built into the exercises it didn’t feel as hard. It just felt like it was a part of it

I loved this one Amy! I was sweating ALOT! I was wondering if maybe in the corner of your videos in a smaller box you could show you doing the same moves but with the kettle bells> I dont have dumbbells so I'm bascially trying to do the same moves but with a Kettlebell. However, I'm not sure if it's the right way or if you want it to be done differently. Thank you!

What is the secret to landing flat feet when doing a pop up? I can only get to the balls of my feet! I loved this chop format and also the moves from our knees (even though my sweaty knees were sliding), I could really feel the core.
