I made this conditioner last night and used it on my hair today. My hair feels so silky and soft. It has a nice sheen, and it feels stronger. I've tried growing my hair longer for years. I've tried pills and leave-ins and all types of "snake oils" but your system really works. I don't know why it took me so long to realize that the reason why my hair wasn't getting longer is because it was dry and weak and would break. This conditioner has made my hair feel so healthy and strong. the conditioner and oils are not costly or hard to obtain. I made the aloe vera oil and I will be rubbing that on my scalp tonight. Definitely going to try this hair mask, but just a tip try not to have wet hair when you sleep. Wet hair can cause fungus which can lead to itchy scalp as well as you can also get head colds

Hello Mercy I'm a new sub have been watching your videos for a few weeks now. Tonight for the first time I made the avocado hair mask to use on my hair. I followed your recipe but also added a banana and some other oils. I put 3 plastic shower caps on my hair along with a bonnet I bought just for the treatment. I let it sit on my hair for over an hour. Did exactly as you said with washing it out with cool water. Immediately I could feel the difference. Shampoo and conditioned my hair. My hair has never been so easy to manage. My hair normally sheds like crazy and it didn't much this time. Wish I had found your channel sooner. You have blessed me in so many ways. I really liked the fact that there wasn't hardly any hair in the comb when I combed my hair out after i shampooed the mask out. I wish i would have known about this when I was transitioning my hair from relaxed to natural. I believe this mask could have helped me to avoid some of the breakage that my hair experienced.

I try to do it every week. If not then 2x a month. If I have a protective style I would do it after I take it out. I do use the aloe water almost every day on my hair if I have twist or braids. I have 4c so the shrinkage is real.

I love my kinky hair too. I feel unpretty when its flat on my head with no texture and flat ironed. I just recently had my hair straight for 8 weeks it lasted. I felt better when I pinned curled it and saw the hair bounce on my head again. I just love my textures hair but it was nice to not have to manipulate it for 7-8 weeks. I also notice my hubby was alllll ova me when I step out the room with my mushroom fro again 🥰

I didn't even know anybody else used this..ive been using this for a while. I honestly have much better results with homemade items than store bought. I will say that steeping seaweed and using that water to liquidy the mix. It will INSTANTLY strengthen your hair, you'll be able to feel it

I try this deep conditioner today, baby let me tell you my hair loved it it’s soaked it right up. I put a plastic Cap on my hair and I sat under my hair steamer for about a half an hour, this will be in my regiment for now on I love it. Thank you😍😍❤️❤️
