Experience euphoric mind states and create a natural high with this dual isochronic / binaural beat rhythmic entrainment session. Choose between Isochronic tones (0-30 mins) and Binaural Beats (30-60 mins). In both instances, the tones have been overlaid with soothing carrier frequencies pulsating within the Delta wave region below 1hz. This is interspersed by occasional, brief bursts of alpha frequencies before returning to a Delta baseline. The delta frequencies, which are induced during periods of intense relaxation and meditation, actually shift constantly throughout but other than sudden switches to alpha, the transitions are very subtle. When we get down to sub-delta, the frequencies don't settle at any particular rate for more than a minute, giving you a rhythmic, 'brainwave entrainment' journey that is diverse and evocative.

INSTRUCTIONS
This is a pretty intense euphoric binaural beats / iso session - it's advised that you stay in a rested state while listening. You'll want to listen to either of the full 30 minute sessions from beginning to end in order to experience deep meditative states. All sorts of weird consciousness shifts can occur when entrainment frequencies are altered during a session, especially when they come on relatively sudden. Euphoric mind states occur when the mind is quietened and takes a passenger seat, while the body is totally relaxed, parasympathetic nervous system well and truly engaged.
No reason you can't use this for sleep also - if you've had a long day, the delta frequencies will help you drift off. Listen to your body and if you feel you need the rest, go with it.
RHYTHMIC ENTRAINMENT
This mindfulness meditation journey operates in accordance to the principles of 'rhythmic 'entrainment (also known as 'brainwave entrainment' in some circles) to influence your state of consciousness. Rhythmic entrainment can be experienced in the form of auditory, visual, and even electromagnetic stimuli. Our brain's ability to synchronize to an external stimulus is known as the Frequency Following Response (FFR for short). Corresponding brainwave patterns can be measured via EEG. This phenomenon has actually been known to ancient cultures for many generations as they conjured trance states from the repetitive beat of ceremonial drums and repetitive musical cadences. Binaural beats, isochronic tones, and all forms of music simply provide the medium for a more modern and updated form of consciousness alteration. It's both an art and science which provides ground for fun experimentation.
