This is probably the most entertaining duel I've seen in a while. Back-And-Forth duels are just so fun, it's hard to guess who will win. I love playing YuGiOh, but damn there can be unfair matches.
it really is, I especially hate the meta deck, I have fought them like a hundred times knew exactly what tactics they would use, and yet still loose to them occasionally due to bad hand. Even without bad hand its really tedious and repetitive having to fight the same deck over and over. If only people would play their own personal deck instead of meta.
I love odd eyes and i started master duel so i was trying to make an odd eyes deck until this video popped up on youtube and i saw it awesome duel and thank you for posting this video and it is a fantastic duel
@@YGODueltainer Mine is Advance Dragon, because it can be played in many decks effectively. I ran it in my Amazoness deck for a brief period, and the sauce was nice. This was back in Duel Links, where Empress didn't exist to give Amazoness piercing damage.
Great choice! I haven't found much use for Advance Dragon in Master Duel but almost all power deck run atleast one or two copies of Advance Dragon in Duel Links.
Its a pretty good level 7 xyz staple when you in need of that extra fire power. That card is substitute for Dark Rebellion since my deck primarily made of level 7 or 8 monsters :/
I had one of these just yesterday, the Blue Eyes was whooping all of my summons, up until I realised I had so many dragons in my graveyard I could summon Z-ARC and wipe out their setup.
Hey, I remembered I battled with you before! :D I remembered you defeated me when I was using my Borrel or Code Talker deck against you. My IGN was Revolver (if I was using my Borrel deck) or Misplaymaker (if I was using my Code Talker deck). Anyway, good duel dude!
I removed it coz it doesn't help much and too bricky is what I'm trying to say. A better candidate to summon through Arc Pendulum is Lancer Dragon or even Persona Dragon would work.
Quick question I have been playing odd eyes deck since two days ago and I was wondering why you use starving venom dragon over supreme king starving venom?
starving venom gains the atk of any monster for a single turn, it's good for running over that one monster u normally wouldn't be able to. Also when he's destroyed, he destroys all special summoned monsters on your opponent's field. Supreme King Starving Venom is good too though because he copies effects from either field or gy. I think in this case, he summoned starving venom for his atk gain effect
I used starving Venom becoz Odd-Eyes is a powerful and versatile deck that relies heavily on effect. But because of that their attack is mostly capped at 3000 range which is kinda mediocre in the TCG , so I need Starving Venom for that attack boost. As for supreme King Starving Venom, that card is only good for copying effects and it's last effect which is to deal piercing damage, but I already have Odd eyes minotaur for that. So that card is kinda obsolete to me.
@@LYSMartin oh yeah thanks for this advice I legit just learned of this strategy by accident just couple of days ago, I don't think anyone ever summon OE Revolution dragon since the condition to get it on the field is harder than All-Eyes, anyway it's alot easier now that I know supreme King Starving effect.
Yep no one expected anyone to use a "N" tier trap like that huh? But it worked! Quite well even. It's my go to trap in Duel Links and now Master Duel. Beside I don't like using the same trap that everyone uses, that would only make a boring duel.
@@YGODueltainer I get it, I still run some battle traps (depending on the deck) because nobody expects them and I'm not even an old school player. I just thought it was odd was all. I believe everyone should be able to run what they want, they just can't complain about any results that occur from that mentality.
The reality is that some of these decks are absurd and only a handful of people would be able to build them if you had to hope for the best getting them from packs. The OCG has a crafting system that lets you trade in your unwanted cards for something more you do want.
Honestly, I use Wall a lot too, both here and in DL: it's affordable, it can ruin the opponent's play at the right time, and it affects anything that's not outright immune to Traps. It's very practical overall, which is always nice
I don't know all but. Odd eyes pendulum dragon Odd eyes phantasm dragon Odd eyes lancer dragon Some Supreme King cards Odd eyes fusion And some performapal and pendulum magician cards. Sorry I can't be more precise.
That pretty much summed up my first impression of Links and Pendulum when it was first introduced. I mean i only learned of Pendulum 3 months ago and Links? Barely 2 weeks ago.
haha, wall of disruption is such a good card, there is nothing more satisfying than watching your opponent destroying themself, its the perfect trap to counter aggressive player. anyway I like to keep Wall of D last as my insurance, incase my opponent summon a monster that has extreme attack power and the only way to defeat is by raw power, thats where Wall of D come in.
Surpeme King alone? probably not coz of the restriction of only 1 copy of Supreme King Dragon Darkwurm.... other than that if youre talking Pendulum magician and Zarc as boss monster then, yes its suprisingly good.
I have 2 cards that have fairly similar name, one is "Clear wing Synchro Dragon" which is an UR The other one is "Odd-Eyes Wing Dragon" which is a R, because getting it on the field is alot trickier. The reason you can't find it because OE Wing Dragon is a R tier card.
my biggest thrill is using "there can only be one" against the players who play for fun like blue eyes ,odd, galaxy ,ect.. and watch them surrender in despair lol
I just realized that my fun deck like chalice can play through it with ease. I wish that tri brigade doesn't exist as they hard countered my untargetable indestructible 1× battle immune avramax protected by Ib.
oops sorry for late reply, you could always slot in one extra Odd-Eyes Revolution Dragon primarily for its Odd-Eyes searcher effect and Pendulum effect( which you can revive a synchro, xyz, or fusion monster in your graveyard.
my mom told me to get my face off the poc screen this battle was heated lol hot dang i love this game like you got to admit everyone has been in that spot where youthink you might win but you always wondering why could be that face down card that can either cost you your set up or monster on the field and you just give up XD but man i love matches that make me sweat bullets i mean i sweat so hard playing this game i have to clean my gameing chair every now and then like for reals
